ACM Government Opportunity Fund merges with ACM Income Fund

Effective as of January 26th, the ACM Government Opportunity Fund (AOF) has been acquired by the ACM Income Fund (ACG), which has been renamed to AllianceBernstein Income Fund (ACG). Shares of ACG will be converted, based on NAV, to shares of ACG.

In other news, the Alliance World Dollar Government Fund II (AWG) has been renamed to the AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund. The fund is currently in the process of acquiring the Alliance World Dollar Government Fund (AWF)'s assets and obligations.

ACM, of course, stands for Alliance Capital Management L.P.
